The iPhone 14 lineup will consist of 4 models- iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Mini, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max. The company is not doing away with the Mini model, at least not this year. The Watch Series 8 will apparently have 3 models- the Watch 8, the Watch SE model, and a new Extreme edition watch 8. Gurman claims that the launch event will most likely be online-only, with no or limited in-person attendance. The Event is expected to take place on 7th September while Apple has told its store workers to prepare for a launch on September 16. Apple iPhone 14 Series
The iPhone 14 Series will have a 6.1-inch iPhone 14, a compact iPhone 14 Mini, a 6.1-inch iPhone 14 Pro, and a 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Pro Max. The entire series is expected to come with several improvements like a new design and a better camera setup. The iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max are also said to have a taller profile and better camera module to fit the new internals. Both the Pro models would come with a triple camera setup on the rear with a 48MP wide, 12MP ultrawide, and a telephoto lens. The upcoming series is said to support 8k video recording as well. The Apple iPhone 14 Pro model will have 8GB RAM and a 120Hz refresh rate display panel. The storage capacity is said to have come down for the iPhone 14 Series to 64GB.
Apple Watch Series 8
The Watch Series 8 from Apple is said to come with 3 models. These will be Watch 8, Watch SE, and an extreme edition new model. Mark Gurman claims that the extreme edition will be branded as Watch 8 Pro and will have a larger and shatter-resistant display and longer battery life. In terms of design, it will have a bulkier and rugged case made of premium, non-aluminum mental material. This watch is said to be powered by an S8 chipset.
Apple AirPods Pro 2
The next in the TWS AirPods Pro series is also expected to launch alongside the iPhone 14. For the first time, it might come with support for lossless playback and improved health management and fitness tracking features. They will have a more compact design and might ditch the stems and come with a new charging case. The AirPods Pro 2 is also expected to arrive with a skin-detect sensor. Apple might also launch some new iMacs, HomePods, and iPads during its September launch event. Apple is working on the 10th generation iPad 10.9, the 6th generation iPad Pro 12.9, and the 4th generation iPad Pro 11.
